ABR = Accredited Buyers Representative : This helps you, the Seller, because I have access to more buyers and specific advertising to attract buyers. I also have special skills for dealing with and negotiating the needs of Buyers, and am able to explain how your home might meet their needs.
QSC = Quality Service Certified : This is one of the best designations for GREAT AGENTS! This certification allows Buyers and Sellers to see how I rate with past clients. (5.0 is the highest rating possible on customer services. LHP = Luxury Home Professional : This is an in-house designation offered exclusively by Re/Max Properties, Inc. providing training and monthly / ongoing insight into what Luxury Home Buyers and Sellers need from me as the Real Estate Professional.
GRI = Graduate Realtor Institute : Only 20% of Realtors hold this designation. It's requirements are rather extensive - hours and hours of education over a limited period of time, proving to be one of the most useful tools in the Realtor toolbox. Let me show you why!
