Sellers: Give me an idea of your situation and your address so that I can run reports on comparable properties to give you accurate feedback on how much your home might sell for (what market value is at the moment), and an idea of how much you owe so that we can determine how best to proceed. My goal will be to keep you from going into foreclosure by helping you sell your house before that point! OR at the very least to keep you in your home as long as possible.
Buyers: Tell me what search criteria to enter for a custom search of homes that are in foreclosure/pre-foreclosure status (price range, area, size, condition, sales history, stage of foreclosure, etc.) and your time frame, if you have one. My goal will be to match you up with a property/seller that meets your needs.
