I never want to be a high-pressure person. I like my working relationships to be smooth and comfortable, and prefer to work with buyers and sellers who feel the same way. I'm an excellent negotiator and work with all types of transactions from Commercial to Land but specialize in Residential sales.
My Education:
I'm a self-admitted "Education junky". You can't be too educated, in my opinion, and I don't flaunt it but have been told by clients that it shows in my work.
Besides having a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Economics (partially by attendance at Oxford University in Oxford, UK), I have many minor degrees ranging from Commercial Art to Anthropology and Human Resources.
In addition to my REALTOR license, I've acquired disignations such as ABR, QSC, LHP, and GRI. Here's a little about each of these...
ABR = Accredited Buyers Representative : This helps you because I also have special skills for dealing with and negotiating your needs, and am able to pinpoint homes that meet your needs.
QSC = Quality Service Certified : This is one of the best designations for GREAT AGENTS! This certification allows Buyers and Sellers to see how I rate with past clients. Because I have one of the HIGHEST RATINGS ACHIEVABLE, I'm proud to refer clients to the website that depicts that rating... www.QualityServiceCertified.com . (5.0 is the highest rating possible on customer services. I have no control over the survey distribution or results; it's handled by an independant company and returned surveys are returned annonymously unless the sender chooses to make their identity known).

LHP = Luxury Home Professional : This is an in-house designation offered exclusively by Re/Max Properties, Inc. providing training and monthly / ongoing insight into what Luxury Home Buyers and Sellers need from me as the Real Estate Professional. 
GRI = Graduate Realtor Institute : Only 20% of Realtors hold this designation. It's requirements are rather extensive - many, many hours of classes over a limited period of time, but working toward this designation is proving to be one of the most helpful tools.My Personal Life:

God has blessed me with a wonderful husband, Kenan, who is a Financial Services Professional, specializing in Health & Dental supplemental coverage, Retirement Planning, 401k Rollovers, Annuities, Life Insurance, and Investing. We are a blended family with a grown daughter, Ashley, who has two children, and we have a son who's single and still searching for the meaning of life. We also have "Ka'ilo" the Jack Russell. We love to travel, play games, read, hike, and work around the house. We love participating in the many social activities provided by God's hand, including volunteering to feed the homeless every Christmas through the Rock Bottom Foundation, participating in the Komen Race for the Cure, donating to Children's Miracle Network, and various other opportunities to give back to our community.
